They too have a marketing wing.
They have many many officers and many many staff. How nice it will be if they have a courtetious front office which can act as a window to the organisation and pass information the neccessary departments about who approached , what for they approached , what information has come to the doorstep from the market? will it reduce the cost of production in company, will it anyway improve the quality? and oblige the visitors rather than turning them down saying that they cannot meet anybody there.
