is it just a joke ??

Unfortunately, Just today I met one engineer from Reliance Communication. He came at our Franchise office to setup Reliance Broadband. Although I was not part of communication, but I got the few complains about him within just 2 hours of his work.
He denied to pull the simple stool on he suppose to stand and configure some hardware activities. He asked if there is any housekeeping person, who can do this job. When our executive request him to do it yourself, he simply denied and said I am an engineer. I can't do this. Don't you have housekeeping or any low profile person. If not keep one they can even clean the toilet.
This is purely problem with our current education, which is basically giving you the certificates and teaching you how to earn money and make your life luxurious, not just comfortable.
We don't have respect to even our own soul, how can we respect others?

MBA is essentially a very good degree but the value is deteriorating because it is offered at any institutions. It got commercialized and has lost its charm. 5 years back the value for MBA Graduate was immense and job was at managerial level on joining. But now the attitude for MBA is changed completely. You hardly get any reputed job just because u r not an IIM graduate. 

After all having an university in every district made every one to do mba. so boasting of mba degree is of no gr8 deal today. if and only if that degree was from iim's. or any other top 10 mba schools.

yeah i agree that every tom dick n harry has an MBA these days, but what more important here is to have the right attitude in whichever job one is doing. whether its a sweeper or a CEO....but then the current scenario is like every other college is providing MBA and institutions are making good profit in the name of MBA degree, but the reality is, just by having an MBA does not fetch you a high paying job, its the right attitude what organizations are looking for where if the person lacks the domain skills later can be trained and not the other way around.

Ah MBA with an attitude its an old story...every tom dick and harry has an MBA degree...nothing big deal...its easy to get an MBA degree these days....Everyone can pass without difficulty....So all MBA guys with attitude Get yourself a well paid job first!!

we should respect all humane being irrespective of their job, caste, religion

Ya Manoj, It is the reflection of Indian's as whole. We should respect each and every job as it have its own dignity. Think about our streets and offices if no one will come for sweeper job. 

No it is not , as you go higher in studoes and become more educated humility should set in , what the above MBA student si syaing to a sweeper shows that the MBA student is not having humility

No this is not a joke, I have enscountered thsi amony many new MBA students especially freshers - they have lot of air and attitude and feel they are just suppose to give orders
