Knowledge Interview
What is it?
Knowledge Interview is an effective way to capture the experience or knowledge from an individual so that others can benefit from it by reusing that knowledge or applying that knowledge in their own context. Our process is generally recommended to capture the crucial experience and knowledge of people who are:
a) Resigning from the job.
b) Fired or asked to leave his/her job.
c) Retiring shortly.
d) Promoted to higher position in the organization.
e) Experts whose knowledge others require?
If you answer ‘YES’ to any of the above statements, than you require to conduct a knowledge interview to capture all the important knowledge which otherwise will walk out of your organization.
What you get from it?
We will hold these interviews to capture the knowledge in the areas you specify. We then analyze, distil and package that knowledge and submit a report along with a Knowledge Asset. A Knowledge Asset will constitute of articles, rules of thumb, methods, how-to guides, practical tips & tricks, anecdotes etc packaged around a technology wrapper. These Knowledge Assets can be dispersed across the organization for people to leverage it whenever & wherever they require it.
