In a traditional unguided system the accuracy of leveling / slope achieved depends on operator's skill. However even with a very skilled & experienced operator, grading by sight, strings, or hubs cannot match the continuous sweeping accuracy of the fully automatic ASL LASER Machine Control System. Also skilled operators are in short supply. ASL LASER Machine Control Systems help fill that void, providing novice operators the ability to control grade within a few hundredths of a meter and making the skilled operators job easier and faster.
The ASL DOZER CONTROL system automatically controls the height of the blade by matching it to the surface of the rotating laser by having laser sensor(s) and a controller & hydraulic kit on dozers. Surveying and materials costs are lowered; no stakes or hubs to fix; no waiting for grades to be checked. Costly errors are reduced - Job quality is increased and when the job is finished, it's correct! The accuracy of levelling / grading is enhanced and the total execution cost can be reduced. A S Laser Systems offers a versatile configurations to satisfy needs of all customer
System configurations
Option I- ASL LASER GRADE CG: A fully automatic system with Camber & Grade control Can control both blade angle and height of the blade .Thereby automatically maintaining the road camber and level / grade Comprises of: One Transmitter, Two Recievers, Two/ Twin control boxe(s) & 2 Sets of hydraulic

Option II- ASL LASER GRADE G: A fully automatic system for Grade / Level Control (without tilt control ) Can control only height of the blade, thereby automatically maintaining the road level / grade. However the road camber would need to be controlled manually. Comprises of: One Transmitter, One Receiver, One control box& One Set of hydraulics
