Hello All,
The purpose of this post for students who are freshers and looking for job. These days I am receiving many calls from friends regarding pay and work.
A few IT companies say they have a project in US/UK and ask students to pay two lakhs or some amount as a security deposit and students are confused whether to accept and go ahead to work. Recently a few companies came to my notice. They hire some third party consultants and gather the list of colleges. Go for campus drives, conduct personality tests, select the students and now bring the barbery of money to pay 2lakhs amount as a security bond. They give the training on SAP or any Software programming. Put them on performance review for a few months giving chances to complete. If they cannot complete the test. then they grab the 2 lakhs and give 15k. They already hired a few fulltime consultants and have office to a posh area.
Well, my sincere suggestion would be never consider any offer that will ask to pay. Always do good research on the company and go ahead..taking advice from experienced people.
