  • Any ongoing operations of an organization can be moved and projectised from functional approach. The success rate for organizations moving from functional approach to project based approach is multifold. The first day of training will cover the principles of project management, methods and ways and means of moving to project based approach. 2nd day to 4th day will cover in depth training in Primavera.
  • Project management means Scope management, Time management, Cost management, Quality management, Communication management, Procurement management, Human resources management, Risk management & Integration management.
  • Primavera is a project management tool, extremely powerful software for Enterprise Project Management & Enterprise Portfolio Management. Primavera is used for Planning, Executing, Tracking, Controlling and Closing for successful delivery of projects.
  • From day 2 to day 4 the participants will be developing a live project from start to finish using all the features available in Primavera. During the training the participants will come across realtime examples, and scenarios experienced by the faculty in his 33 years of experience in projects.
  • At the end of the training the participants will be able to use primavera independently for Planning, Executing, Tracking, Controlling and Closing for successful delivery of projects.
  • I will be providing post training support through Email or phone or net meeting, during schedule development of their new project without a single hitch.
