I am Vaibhav Chawla, a Doctoral student at Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIM K). I am doing a research study on “Sales professionals’ Spirituality at work and its effect on Job Satisfaction, Propensity to leave, and Job Commitment”. The broad purpose of the study is to get your opinion on a few key issues having to do with your job and life.
