In IT SOA is the talk of town . SOA might be in great demand in the industry but SOA strategy and execution is failing in many companies.
Many companies are not using SOA and have no plans to do so. What are the reasons for not using or implementing SOA in the organization.
One main reason is that the value SOA provides is fundamentally unimportant to business people. It’s just another way to implement an application. But people nowadays want to change the way of doing business .If you want your business to grow and perform , there comes in the BPM.
It is quite different from other technologies, It is rather a integration of IT and business processes.
A different route for enabling SOA in organization would be implementation of BPM as it helps balancing the architectural benefits of SOA against the cultural shift that business people are demanding.
Business process management makes you equipped with daily work and operations .Common terminology for business is created and role of BPM as the business face of SOA will happen.
With BPM , we can really improve the functioning of SOA in the organization.
