The statutory compliances EPF & ESI are legal obligations of any organization wherein any employer must initiate the process of releasing EPF fund that gets accumulated with an employees account at the EPFO immediately after any employee leaves an organization.
An employee who completes his/her 5 years tenure can avail gratuity benefit provided employer wishes to release the same, Its the goodwill payment from the employer paid to the employee.
