Principles to Guide and Inspire Modern Leaders: ahatma Gandhi was an apostle of peace nonpareil. Truth and non-violence were the two key components of his creed. Innovation and creativity, founded on moral authority flowing from his “inner voice” (his term for ‘conscience'), constituted the bedrock of whatever campaign he embarked upon. No wonder, Albert Einstein exclaimed: “Generations to come will scarce believe that such a one as this ever in flesh and blood walked upon the earth.”

Gandhiji changed himself and then started to spread that change. A true teacher shall always practice before he/she would preach the same. We must learn to respect that. Thank you.

Gandhiji's philosophy is in stark contrast to what happens and what is expected of corporate people. In following him, you need a huge change in yourself, which is next to impossible for most of us.

If the management is "To manage the things" then Gandhi ji was good manager too..
Only a real manager can act as a leader. Because if we are talking about long term leadership then only good manager can handle the human being although what the factors and techniques are used by them........
