In the growing construction Industry the need of Quality construction is becoming one of the basic necessity. Again most of the Construction groups are outsourcing the whole construction activity, resulting in a question mark on the quality of construction. so to keep the quality of your construction intact there is a strong option of keeping a third party body who will perform a Technical check on the activities performed by the people involved in construction.
This enables the Constructor to keep check on the activities performed/ executed by the contractor or by his own people. Third party body being a unbiased ( as it is not from company) can give a valid feedback in the interest of the company.
I always believe there should be a supervisor who can supervise each and every step going on in a project in the absence of whom, the construction work cannot end up successfully. In this growing competition of construction projects it is very much recommended to have a project supervisor to overview each and every step of the project. This will give a very good finishing as planned. Also, when the instrustries are getting outsourced, it is recommended to have a supervisor from the venue country, train him and make him do the work by which not only the work will get proper supervision giving good finishing but also the cost incurred will be much lesser. Nice article Pandurang, thanks for sharing...
