Dear HR Friends,
Ever felt the pinch or pain while filling in excel sheets or waiting for implementation or deployment of software for appraisals, feedback, training..
What if there is a Web-based solution and all you and the employees do is click, click and click. Imagine if everything gets easy...You will have better productivity, less time wasted, more money saved.
I recommend a software that is SaaS based..On the cloud. Most productive and cost effective in the Market.
Google or Search cotrakr and you have the answer.
Go for it... Thats my suggestion.
What I have seen now is that, use of applying traditionally using paper resumes, cover letters and verified documents is so inefficient. What's needed is to have a cloud based repository for verified credentials(govt is planning to digitize all educational records), online e-portfolio of achievements, skill sets and expertise. Already there is an open source software for this called mahara. So instead of applying, sending docs, just send a link to your e-portfolio and conduct interview using a chat platform. I have seen that conducting interviews using phone is no no as there's clarity problems and also usually it cannot be recorded. So use of text chat or video chat is more effective.
Save time for both candidates and hr managers.
