Here is a lovely article i found on how young businesses & brands can use WebTV serials to create a large bunch of followers. This will definitely help brand awareness and salience.

However as the article states, what remains a challenge is- how can one can encash the positive attention and use it to enhance sales?

But like every marketing challenge, i'm sure some young business will quickly crack the answer.

That is what is so fun about following small business news, invariably the best and most practical marketing innovations spring from there not the haloed corridors of multi-million dollar marketing consultancies.
