Why Maoist issue cannot be solved now

The recent issue of Maoists violent in India is a thing to consider, Starting from a small village in India it is now spreading to 11  states of India. The main cause of the revolution or uprising is the lack of good administration or corruption of the governemnt from time to time. The point of  arising this topic here is that we have lots of  insurgents in other parts of India- the Kashmir issue, the North eastern states like  Assam, Manipur and other border area. The main cause of susch armed movements are same. They want  justice and importance in national identity which the governement are not  giving to teh people. Why  in free India law such as AFSPA which is  the most inhuman law  to kill, rape, arrest any person without teh intervention of any legal help  followed in Manipur and Kashmir. This is the reason  instead of curbing teh militancy in the country more and more  armed groups came up, There are now  34 rebels  groups fighting alone in manipur. Imagine this  phenomenon  rise happens in Maoists states. The governemnt should understand teh situation and  act in a peaceful and amicable manner. If things go wrong, india will never be in peace for  out of 27 states half of them are under the naxalites. The maoists issue cannot be solved if we continue to follow the present  form of attack in Lalgarh. It will breed more  revolutions. Though the Constitution of India allows various fundamental rights to every section of the people, few enjoys it and most of the people are living worst like in some occupied  colony.
