Colleges and universities are on the spree on leveraging the maximum out of the power of WIFI, but the spread has not happened widespread though.
But with today's wireless networking schemes such as 802.11b and 802.11g, promises far greater speed than its predecessors, it will definitely spread its invisible wings wider and farer.
Wi-Fi usage in lower-level academic environments, like K-12 schools, is also expected to grow significantly during that time period, due largely to a need for enhanced security, which could be provided via wireless video surveillance, and that fact that more and more schools are instituting what ABI research calls "anytime-anywhere learning.".
Global revenue from Wi-Fi access point and controller equipment in the higher-education space will jump more than six-fold from $137 million in 2007 to $837 million in 2013.
And schools using wifi will definitely have an edge over others, in the sense that the students have a wider access and a faster access to information and its the way to the next generation learning!

I think it is their region and govt. is simply interfering into it, they are paying for the paid channels and keeping the track record clear, then there is no need for the govt. intervention. |
Is sales promotion in slowdown a good strategy? |
Wimax auction will have high valuation and that would create high price for the distributors and that would definitely cost TATA's. |
