My experience in SBI taught me that its damn difficult to give good customer service,even after employee enhancemnt and training program.The basic reason which i find is their efficiency to deal with huge number of customers. |
I completely agree with Mathew.It is really beneficial for poor class.But it can be easily done through our banks.There is no need of seperate organisation to do it. |
COIN might help initially,but after some time its CHARACTER which unknowingly comes into picture. |
