Co-ordination with various sub-contractors & suppliers regarding approvals for drawings & materials. Assist Project Manager to interpret and reply various contractual & general correspondences. Provide guidance to draughtsman regarding preparation of shop drawings / As-Built drawings & QA/QC Engineer regarding material submittals & management. Provide technical support & guidance to site execution team. Responsible for handing over of the project.

Construction on Taj Exotica Hotel & Grandeur Residences on The Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. Responsibilities included co-ordination with client & local authorities. Review design drawings & coordination with architectural/structural/MEP design teams & various sub-consultants. Management and approvals of material submittals, samples, shop drawings, progress reports, as-built drawings & other various documents. Close monitoring of all activities on the project & maintain track record as per program of works. Preparation of project documents including contractual correspondences, weekly & monthly progress report, Minutes of Meeting & other general correspondences. Provide technical support & guidance to site engineers regarding site inspections & supervision.

Construction of Shopping Mall & High Rise Commercial/Residential Buildings. Responsibilities include drawings review, tendering, quantity surveying, Preparation of monthly bills, preparation of method statements, drawing & material submittals, planning & implementation of weekly & monthly look ahead program, co-ordination with architect, consultant and local officials for approvals. Daily planning, scheduling and reporting to Deputy Project Manager.  Plan, Organise & supervise various activities, working out material requirement and look after procurement, project cost & quality control. Construction of Dubai International Airport. The structure of the new terminal is substantially below ground and is divided into three main sections – Terminal 3, Concourse 2 and Car parking. At ground level is a thick suspended slab which acts as a roof over the basement structure to form the apron for aircraft around the departure/arrival gates. Above the ground floor level the superstructure consists of Departures, Arrivals and Hotel levels. The complete structure is approximately 1km long and 100m wide. Job responsibilities included interpretation of drawings & specifications. Assisting Project Engineer in preparation of method statements, raising SCR & Technical Queries.
