Alternative medicine is the best one,which has several advantages like no sideffects,safer to use,low cost.the only disadvantage is it will never cure quickly ,it will take longer duration to cure the diseases.But atlast it will cure totally.

Though both have their positive, it is always safe to trust in one which we know more about them, thus we can use alternative medicine when we had a wide knowledge about them.

Alternative medicine has got its own advantages. Of course it heals the diseases from its root but more than that alternative medicines like Ayurveda give more emphasis to prevemttion. it teach us how to build immunity by mantainin a desciplined...
