I NSPIRATION GEMS Your life today is the result of your attitudes and choices in the past. Your life tomorrow will be the result of your attitudes and choices today! This is a story of an elderly carpenter who had been working for a contractor for many many years. He had built many beautiful houses but now as he was getting old, he wanted to retire and lead a leisurely life with his family. So, he goes to the contractor and tells him about his plan of retiring. The contractor feels sad at the prospect of losing a good worker but agrees to the plan because the carpenter had indeed become too fragile for the tough building work. But as a last request, he asks the old carpenter to cons...

A formula for building an ‘Antimagnet’ that can nullify the magnetic field has been developed by researchers at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB). The Spanish researchers have designed what they believe to be a new type of magnetic cloak, which shields objects from external magnetic fields, while at the same time preventing any magnetic internal fields from leaking outside, making the cloak undetectable. The development of such a device, described as an 'antimagnet', could offer many beneficial applications, such as protecting a ship's hull from mines designed to detonate when a magnetic field is detected, or allowing patients with pacemakers or cochlear implants to use other esse...

Must Read Difference Between Image and Picture IMAGE - An image of your self or anyone (Usually taken through Camera) PICTURE - A Picture is to draw something in the computer/real life. Difference Between 1G, 2G, 2.5G, 3G, Pre-4G and 4G 1G is the first generation cellular network that existed in 1980s. It transfer data (only voice) in analog wave, it has limitation because there are no encryption, the sound quality is poor and the speed of transfer is only at 9.6kbps. 2G is the second one, improved by introducing the concept of digital modulation, which means converting the voice(only) into digital code(in your phone) and then into analog signals(imagine that it fly's in the air)....

A wonderful piece of information for wonderful people on this forum.............Plz read on..... Earlier, I had heard a lot about bank frauds in the news channels and papers but today I experienced it myself. Though my case is no where related to net banking or anything but it was purely related to forgery. Here is the story: I bought a laptop for one of my office guys, gave the cheque of Rs. 28,500 to the computer guy’s person (A/C Payee). In the morning the computer guy calls me asks me to stop the payment of that cheque as his person had lost it somewhere. I called up my bank’s customer support, they asked me to call the branch to do it. In between that I checked my bank account and was ...
