Strategic Sourcing are grouped into three categories viz Financial Attractiveness, People Skills and availability and Business Environment.
Vishal Jindal  |  Added idea  |  2 years ago
Strategic sourcing never opines towards cost control or cheap purchases but refers to the quality of material at right cost in vision of the end price. This may be quality control, easy availability, quantity or ease of transportation.

It is true that phone tapping is in violation of basic citizen rights but at the same time it is the duty of all citizens of India to save our country from any threat. Therefore we should have to sacrifice some of our rights for the safety our nation and it's people.

Phone tapping should be banned
Vishal Jindal  |  Commented  |  2 years ago
Privacy may be the right of a citizen but at what cost matters more. Tapping of phone shall not be considered as a violation but it may be considered as a monitoring way adopted and all tapped talks are not made open even.

Ban something is simplest way. There shall be more strictures applied so that the sanctity of the value of MBA shall not be derailed off the line. Improvement by any means is the way of life.
Sarika Singh  |  Argues in support of  "Yes"  |  2 years ago
Not exactly banning but should be reduced. Nowadays we find 'n' number MBA colleges in India which is gradually reducing the value of MBA. So the government should make the regulation more strict and have control over the approval process.  This...

The pressure on bottom-line is more than ever and all organizations are focusing on their cost cutting measures by removing non value added activities, services etc. and customer communication is one sensitive area where normally one will not tread for cutting costs. This is purely due to the fact that any small cost reduction in this area is perceived to bring larger reductions in customer satisfaction and rightly so. Customer satisfaction is one of the key business metrics for all organizations and communication with customers on their feedback, issue resolution, further sales opportunities etc. are treated as most important activities regarding this.
