I am a Project management consultant and trainer. I also teach Construction Management in post graduate courses of related course and Project management in B-schools as a Visiting faculty. I traing executives in concepts of Project Management and also conduct hands on workshops for project management software MS Project and Primavera. Till date I have trained +1500 executives in MS Project and +500 executives in Primavera. I am based in Delhi and conduct training programs across India. | ||

I did my research in topic 'IT Enhanced Communication Protocols for Building Project Management by Small and Medium Enterprises in the Indian Construction Industry'. During research I developed a Benchmarking framework for rating construction organisation for conducting formal project and for adopting IT based communication for the same. I have published papers in International journals and presented papers in International conferences. | |

In India we are not using BIM extensively as yet, rather I do not know of any organization using it. I think it is a long way to go for us to use BIM. |
