as per me , one should be diplomatic at senior levels as diplomacy and art of glib are the most potent weapons for handling situations at the top level.
Gargi Sinha  |  Argues in support of  "Yes"  |  2 years ago
I believe that the top management should be diplomatic in their views and decisions. Everytime I hear the term diplomatic, what comes to my mind is handling the situation maturely and calmly. I think that when we do so, we express ourself better...

A gap may be for creating a better foundation for the future. In an avg life of 60-65 yrs, a 3 year gap wouldn't really matter if the person re-created himself in that period and took a successful plunge in career thereafter.

thank u sir for supporting this argument as i am one of the unfortunate candidates having a 3 year gap in studies and very recently rejected by infosys because of dis.
varun chhabra  |  Argues in support of  "No"  |  2 years ago
i do not think it shows incompetency as a person might have a genuine reason for gap like preparing for IIT,etc. Rather it shows the person is hardworking, patient and personality ready to face challenges

When no one is listening to you, you have applied all non-violent ways to make you listen, is there any better way than fasting and compelling them to listen to you and do something for your welfare?

varun chhabra  |  Argues in support of  |  2 years ago
i think.. the rural market wud drive volumes bcoz better product diversification and rising expectations.
B.Mehernath  |  Argues in support of  "Yes"  |  3 years ago
I do agree, the rural market has the potential and they can afford to buy branded products. Well ifwe compare today's scenario, there is hardly any difference in urban and rural market. You can see latest handsets to microwave and latest...
