I dont think its easy to work in the IT industry , and if you dont have skills and knowledge you can survive here for long |
I think its the self realization of the learned and cultured Individuals , and possibly again their duty to educate people who are unaware of this, however the government policies also matter as " some humans get cultured and sensitive for such matter... |
from my experience companies are more focused on Risks in IT now and professionals are in demand, also security analysts and BI professionals |
