deepak kala  |  Supported idea  "Affordable Price "  |  2 years ago
45 million is too small a number even for the urban population .....prices have a big role to play ..... bsnl which i suppose can do a lot more by providing broadband  free of cost by default and then have a cost index after 100 mb of usage ........

Apart from just the connectivity issues.....either we need to educate everyone in English or ensure the computer understands the user's language. I think it might be faster for the computer to adapt to us than for people to adapt to the computer. So a...

WHEN YOU SEE THE ABOVEFACTORS IN AN EMP;OYEE, YOU MAY SAFELY ASSUME THAT HE/SHE IS NO LONGER INTERESTED IN YOUR ORG. AND IS TRYING FOR AN OUTLET.

I agree with Darshana , disinterest shows by their behavior. Like employees will start giving reasons for the job assigned to them. In some area they will react like this is not my job, they refuse to support their peers. Argument with senior.

Ofcourse Yes. I don't think toostep is much popular even among IT Folks. So if such features are permitted in toostep, that would increase its visibility. I find toostep to be as good as linkedin, but marketing done by toostep is very poor.
Amita Suryavanshi  |  Argues in support of  "Yes"  |  1 year ago
Yes toostep need to work upon its awareness... should be visible... and even its functioning should be made easy, so that people feel comfortable to use toostep.

Emergence of organised retail has caused kiranas to evolve with time. They now understand the importance of providing service cost competitiveness. It is surprising to note that inspite of big retails chains having the advantage of economies of...

Not unless they get more organized and marketing savvy. The rural and urban lower economic strata will definitely prefer Kiranas because they stock the smaller brands and smaller pack sizes and certain items are available only with them in loose...

1 A national forum to share knowledge and network ?
2 Integrate buying and marketing functions
veena srinath  |  Added idea  "Integrate buying and marketing functions "  |  2 years ago
This will ensure that the customer focus is sharper and buying is not happening in a vacuum without relevant inputs from customer behavior feedback and trend tracking.

I also agree that we do need a national level "Buyers professional association" which cuts across product categories and focuses on best practices.
