Assign them lots of work which needs others intervention and keep the person to be responsible for completing the work. While getting the work done from others, he himself will learn how much important it is to help others and succeed as a team.
i feel it is because of the corruption in the society starting from top-level like politicians leading govt till the lowest level govt servants. unless system is corrected, this cannot be corrected
monetary benefits will be clearly visible to the employees against to the non-monetary services like consulting services which a very few of the employees only may use.
If all peripherals and clocks are switched on only when they are needed, I hope power consumptions will be the least.
