Rs.4.50 Lac JOB ACHIEVEMENTS: As accountant in the present Company during manual accounting days, started sending the Bank Reconciliation statements during the first week itself. This was a period when no other branches (more than 100 nos) were able to send this. During the same period send the maximum number of Funds Transfers to Head Office, thereby making all other branches to follow the same path and help HO in funds management. During the same period successfully handled the accounts of two branches independently and also without a store keeper to manage the stores. When the Company started competition for the Accountants (Accounts Club) on all India Basis, got the Runner Up award for South Region consisting of more than 20 branches during the First Club. As Accounts Supervisor, was able to get the Runner Up award for the sitting Branch for the Second Club. The Third Club, all India Best Branch Award got for the Branch which I was looking after the previous year. Taken several steps in cost control in all Branches looked after and had taken several steps in controlling excess stocks, smooth movement of spares, controlling defective stocks etc. As Accounts Officer (since Dec 03) in the Technical Head Quarters was able to send the finalization papers to Head Office well in advance and also with much accuracy. At present started taking several measures as regards to expenditure control, fast release of customer payments, purchase bills processing etc. During my tenure I had submitted various workings on Sales Improvement, Budgeting, employee retention etc. These suggestions had been appreciated by the company and had implemented across the country.
