Monitoring the Margins for all the Products monthly and taking corrective actions to improvise. Generating New Inquiries for the Business by understanding Customers Business Plan. Handling of complete development process from Inquiry to Order execution, Pricing, Agreements, Stocking processes/ Inventories, Quality, Delivery Rating, etc. Monitoring the Accounts Receivable every month to ensure that the payments are collected as per the credit terms. New Business (New Product Launch) Conducting Business Feasibility for the New Product- Considering the Market Size, Growth, Accessible Market, Competition, Pricing, Entry Barriers, Value Chain, Target Markets. Conducting a Market Research for the Product from an External Agency. Making a business Proposal to the Management for Sanctioning the Project. Designing the Launch Strategy for the Product in the Market. Identifying the Channel Partners for the launch of the Product in the Targeted Market. Making Business Presentations, explaining the Value Proposition offered, negotiating Price and Deliveries and getting the Business (Orders) from the Customers. Appointing the Channel Partners for the New Product in the Targeted market. Designing the Manufacturing and the Sourcing Strategy for the Product. Ensuring that the Product gets manufactured on Time with the desired Approvals. Ensuring that the Project is on track and co-coordinating with the Development and the SCM Team. Designing Sales Promotion and Marketing Activities for the Launch. Participating in Trade fairs and industrial Exhibitions. NRB Bearings Ltd ( Executive Exports Key Accounts Management - International Sales and Marketing) 37 Months (July-07- Aug-10) Roles and Responsibilities Business Development Developed seven new Customers in USA and Europe the total business of approximately -35 crores which is almost 50% of the export Sales. Handled Key Customer Accounts like Ingersoll-Rand (USA), Ingersoll-Rand (Turkey), Black and Decker (USA), Black and Decker (Turkey),RBC- USA, EMD- USA, Mondial Spa, Italy, CIMAP,GKN and similar distributive customers in Germany and USA. Focus on handling new RFQs and new product development. Technical Sales and co-ordination with the Engineering Centre for Customer queries and submission of intial samples and PPAP lots. Making Presentations to the Customers explaining them about the products and the services. Set up of the 3P Logistics Service Providers on the basis of the Customer Requirements. Negotiations of quotes, tracking, etc. Sales Order handling- Preparation of internal orders and Execution with the plants Preparation of the monthly Sales Forecast and Dispatch advices and co-ordination with the plants. Export Documentation handling. Tracking and following up for payments with the Customers on a fortnightly basis. Customer Complaint handling and co-ordination with the plants for the closure and the corrective actions. | ||
