THE TERM LOYAL HOLDS GOOD ONLY WITH COMPANY WHICH FOLLOWS TRADITIONAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. J.J IRANI AFTER SERVING TATA STEELS FOR ALMOST 4 DECADES RESIGNED ON TURNING 75.

There is no point in staying longer and staying loyal has nothing to do with it. Being loyal means to do your work righteously and to put in all the efforts to get the best outcome for the company till you are in the company.

forget about a girl marrying a jobless boy... at least will she marry a guy with half her salary... Girls look for a secure life. (nothing to complain about that) who wouldnt want to have a secure life? :0) This need doesn't change even if she has...
Darshana Sawant  |  Argues in support of  "Disagree"  |  11 months ago
IT all depends on the girl and the guy as well.. Will the guy be able to put his ego aside and not feel guilty of using wife's money .. if yes then it is perfectly alright.. If they do not regard the society.. It is always upto the couple...

Why?? I really wonder why people say this line? Companies hire us not for our loyalty, instead, it’s for our services. And, we chose a company not to be loyal, instead, to be remunerated for our service rendered. So, there is nothing loyalty does...
