Clients in turn collect all the orders and send it in a specific format to STI (Synchronoss Technologies Inc.).STI contacts old local service provider and verifies the address and telephone number. Once verification is success STI will coordinate with new LSP (Local Service Provider) to which customer wants to port his number and then follows a series of steps until the number gets ported. The end user can also change their Directory Listing (DL) settings, disconnect their number etc. The challenge here is to meet the performance service levels required by the client in terms of order completion time and accuracy.
