In my opinion Govt should have concentrate on infrastructure developemnt in the rural areas which will help in repid growth of the country in initial few years but later will support in excellent growth. This budget is missing that. Another area of...
PM is not just managing resources required for the goal, its require the regular tracking, if ny deviation required to focus so past deviation can be managed without effect on other activities of the project to achieve the goal in time and at minimum...
By way of better management of resources, timely completion of project is a best control over cost of project.
