A little poem on corruption i found it somewhere.. Ek civil engineer ne ek bridge banaya.. Contractor tha uska contract laaya.. Jab adalat ne bridge par mukadma chalaya.. Bridge ghabraya.. Usne rote rote bataya.. Mene concrete aur cement nahi khaya.. Mene to bas ek chamch cement or reti se bhara bora khaya Baki sab to in engineer n contractor in khaya.. Contractor aur engineer ko noto se bhara dabba dikhaya.. Noto to dekh judge ni us bridge k khilaaf fesla sunaya Bridge bechara ye she nahi paaya.. Usne duniya se koi umeed karni hi chod di.. Aur jespe bana tha usi nadi me kood k atmhatya kar li..     True isn't it?

Now this is a very small example. The total cost of abridge is nothing in front of common wealth amd 2G and similar things. ye to chhoti moti bate hain hoti hi rahti hain.

Very good analogy Pragya. The honest man today is the one who takes less bribe for more work and completes in less time. But Khata zaroor hai.

A man sat at a metro station in Washington DC and started to play the violin; it was a cold January morning. He played six Bach pieces for about 45 minutes. During that time, since it was rush hour, it was calculated that thousand of people went through the station, most of them on their way to work. Three minutes went by and a middle aged man noticed there was musician playing. He slowed his pace and stopped for a few second and then hurried up to meet his schedule. A minute later, the violinist received his first dollar tip: a woman threw the money in the till and without stopping continued to walk. A few minutes later, someone leaned against the wall to listen to him, but the man looked ...

Exceptionally good one and it touched my heart. We are not worried about whats happening and not thinking about what we have lost while in the journey and when we think about it we might have lost the beauty of it.

I dont think this story just shows our attitude towards appreciation of art. It also shows the hypocracy attached to the appreciation of artistic works. Since nobody new the artist nobody cared. If he would have played same tunes with his usual...

Now the wife or sister, who works at the domestic front will get salary from Husband or the head of the house. This has been ruled by the court, I belive.
Vivek Singh  |  Argues in support of  |  1 year ago
Yes married males' pay should be more than unmarried males if the wife is a hiusewife....and married women employees must work for 6 hrs for the same pay else an overtime must be paid but not if the husband is unemployed.
Sarika Singh  |  Argues in support of  "No! This is unfair to employee working."  |  1 year ago
It is a good initiative. But some how I feel that a man gives all his salary to wife and she handles the finance dept. so why should company do that? There can be many other things that you can do than this.

No, There are movies like Omkara, Dabang and Dum MAro Dum where foul language is used and still no action has been taken against the big actors then why should they do it against MTV VJs.. The punishment should be equal for all or they should not...

A crow was sitting on a tree, doing nothing all day. A rabbit asked him,”Can I also sit like you and do nothing all day long?” The crow answered: “Sure, why not.” So, the rabbit sat on the ground below the crow, and rested. A fox jumped on the rabbit and ate it. Moral of the story: To be sitting and doing nothing, you must be sitting very high up.
