Electric vehicles at cheaper prices (with out excise & imort duties and sales tax). Free charging stations at every 10/20 kilometers cities. This will generate employment as well.

Govt should encourage all teh top MNC's and big industries to get into this system which would protect lot of power which can be re distributed to other places.
