Professional summary

I started my career as an associate consultant with a consultancy firm .I worked for BFSI clients and did well for myself and the organisation.I started recruiting for entry level posts for some of the world's largest banks in INDIA and went upto recruit candidates for AVP level in different financial institutions. The association continued for 4 months only and sadly I had to part. Then I joined an ITES company -GeoReach as Hr executive.Here I have been working since last November 2010 . I take care of all the HR activities and also the admin facilities. I am involved in strategy formulation,implementation and expansion plans as well.
