Who snatched my right to vote?
 

A resident at same residence for last 15 years who actively voted till last lok-sabha elections with a valid ID card is denied his bonafide right to vote and there apparently exists no provision for correction. Who takes responsibility? Do we have process owners? If we had do you think it can happen?
