Recruitment and back filling, team building, training including cross training, mentoring, counseling to groom them as professionals, Internal movement of resources - across functions, across businesses, Recognition and Rewards program for staff Working as BCP Leader for MO Japan and Dublin Operations (Design, Develop and Document BCP Plans). Handling AP/AR , payment queries and escalations received from various FX Counter-party banks relating to FX settlements Interface with Trading Desk, Treasury Risk, Accounting Team, GE internal businesses to co-ordinate the resolution of all their queries and ensure high quality service delivery Circulation of Standard Settlement Instructions to the Business as well as the Correspondent banks on a timely basis and thus ensuring smooth settlement of trades Setting up of new entities of GE in the database (KYC.FAS 133 and AML) in order for the trades to carry on the trade activities. Worked on Service Level Management and Scorecard of all banks.
